A: Yes. We provide customized solutions including product design, color box layout, gift box, PDQ, barcode/label printing, manual design, and series branding. For large orders, we can develop exclusive molds or private tooling as required.
Q2: What certificates do your products have?
A: Our products meet GS/CE/ROHS/REACH and related international standards depending on item requirements. Factory partners hold BSCI certification, and Vertak is FSC & GRS certified. If you require additional compliance, we can arrange testing based on demand.
Q3: Which markets are you currently exporting to?
A: We export to Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand, the Middle East, Africa and Asia — over 40 countries worldwide. Long-term buyers include supermarket chains, DIY retailers, and online distributors.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, DP, OA (for qualified global clients), and flexible trade solutions can be discussed based on cooperation level.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A: Standard production time is 30–60 days depending on seasonal demand and product type. Sample orders can normally be delivered within 7–14 days. For urgent projects or container consolidation, we will schedule flexibly.
Q6: How does your quality control work?
A: We have a 200m2 in-house laboratory with full testing capability (salt spray, hardness, rigidity, impact, IP rating, torque, temperature cycling, etc.). Each order goes through strict QA/QC process including pre-production evaluation, inline inspection, and final AQL sampling before shipment.
Q7: Do you provide after-sales service or spare parts?
A: We provide technical support, accessories, spare parts supply, and quick communication response. If quality issues occur, we will follow up immediately and provide replacement or compensation based on inspection results.
